For commissions we require a deposit of one third the total agreed upon cost of the painting. the second two thirds is due on completion.
For paintings, minis, and barrel staves we do require payment beforehand if you need the work is shipped. For studio visits you can pay once the painting is in your hands.
Shipping
If work is being shipped, it will go in the mail immediately after receipt of payment. Made-to-Order barrel staves and minis will ship upon completion and receipt of payment. Generally work will be completed within two weeks and shipped following receipt of payment. Shipping costs will be included in the final quote you are given prior to making payment. In all cases shipping costs reflected the actual amount it costs us to ship to you via US Mail, UPS or Fedex. We don't add additional handling charges or anything silly like that. Any insurance costs, delivery confirmations, etc will be absorbed by the purchaser.
Payment
We currently accept cash, personal checks, money orders, Visa and Mastercard.
If paying with credit card, we will need the name on the card, card number, expiration date, and cvv code (last three numbers in the signature panel on the back of the card). Please put this info in the comments field when mailing the form. ***Please note: we do not have a secure server, if you would like to pay with credit card and are submitting your order by email, please only mention it in the comment field and we will call you for the information.***
If the painting is shipping to address that is different from your mailing address please include this in the comments field as well.

Return Policy
We don't want you to keep any items you are very unhappy with. Any item you find unsatisfactory can be returned within 14 days for a refund. Item must be returned in the exact same condition it was received in. Please note on painting commissions, the initial one third payment in NON-refundable
email form
